Fill out the form below to the best of your ability. You can be as detailed or vague as you like! Just be sure to specify exactly what you are looking as best as you can explain. Although I do prefer projects where I get creative control, I am always open to ideas and doing my best to fit my style around into the idea you have in your head! Please be aware that I do not accept every request that comes my way. That being said, I typically focus my work around larger pieces, pieces I’m personally interested in doing, and pieces where I am given an idea but can have creative control. I am always down to do smaller pieces if they fit the overall vibe of my portfolio! I do not tattoo political or hate symbols, nor does anyone in my shop. You will get a reply whether your request is accepted or denied!
If your request is accepted, you will be asked to send some follow up photos of the area you are looking to get tattooed. (You can also attach these to your submission request form below now as well!)
Try to take these in a well-lit area/or have another person help you take them if possible! If not a mirror or timer photo is fine. This is more or less so the design flows/fits the shape & size of the area we are working on. This help me see what other tattoos may be living in that area or may just be entirely necessary if we are doing a cover up!

A $200 DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO HOLD THE DATE OF YOUR APPOINTMENT. NO EXCEPTIONS.
As previously stated in other areas on my website, this deposit is non-refundable but does of course go towards the total cost of your tattoo.
(EX: Tattoo cost = $1000. You pay a $200 deposit. You owe $800 the day of the tattoo appointment,)
I accept most forms of payment including; Cash, Debit/Credit Card(4% surcharge will apply), Venmo, Cashapp, Paypal (fees may apply) & Zelle. This is for the deposit ONLY.
The day of your appointment, you will need to pay via card, cash, or Buy-Now-Pay-Later through our booking software, Vagaro.

AT YOUR APPOINTMENT: I currently offer cash, credit/debit card (4% surcharge applied for credit card fees), as well as an interest free Buy-Now-Pay-Later service.
The studio’s address is 9 S Washington Street, Hammonton, NJ 08037.
We are a pale, yellow barn-shaped building located to the left of the WaWa (if you are facing directly in front of the store. We do offer handicap parking and accessibility throughout our studio/bathroom/parking lot. For more information on the studio visit the shop’s website/social media

I welcome my clients to come dressed comfy and cozy. Feel free to bring a pillow, blanket or Squishmallow to keep you company! My booth comes equipped with a TV, a mini fridge and all the comforts of a chill zone lol~ So please leave your fancy, nice clothes at home! (because there’s a good chance my clumsyass will get ink on them)
Feel free to bring a lunch, or you can order with us during our lunch time or from one of the many other fantastic restaurants near the Hammonton area! I typically book ONE CLIENT PER DAY (unless its a group appointment) so we will have plenty of time to make any tweaks to our design, have lunch, take stretch & hydration breaks! I am a firm believer in taking care of my clients and keeping you as comfortable as you can be whilst getting your tattoo!
I can also accommodate larger groups/matching tattoos by booking the day out and scheduling multiple people that way.

Please remember to moisturize, eat healthy, & HYDRATE 1-2 weeks prior to your appointment!
If you are sick, STAY HOME!!!!!! I do not want the ick and taking days off is quite difficult for someone like myself! I am happy to reschedule you if life starts being lifey!

Cancelation Policy

Any cancelations or reschedules must be done at least 7 days prior to your appointment date. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the loss of your deposit. The deposit goes towards the final cost of the tattoo but is non-refundable for no call, no shows, last minute cancelations, or any excessive tardiness. I do allow up to 30 mins after our scheduled time, as I do understand anxiety can play a roll in this as well as for my clients coming from other states/cities that may hit traffic! For cancelation & reschedules you must email (MelissaConleyBooking@gmail.com) OR the call Silver Wing Tattoo at (856)889-5069. Other forms of communication will not be accepted. You are allowed one reschedule. Anything beyond this will result in the loss of your deposit and require you to leave a new deposit to book again. I am super understanding because life likes to do things at the WORST times lol so if you ever have a valid reason to cancel, please communicate with me so I can better assist you!
I DO NOT REBOOK PEOPLE WHO NO CALL NO SHOW or REPEATEDLY CANCEL all the time! My time is valuable - even on my off days I am at home drawing and working, so please be respectful of all of the time and hard work I put into my craft to give you my best work! I appreciate your interest in wanting to wear my work on you forever!! I can’t wait to make something awesome together! :)
